1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the LittleOps software provided by Cedar Mill Goose LLC (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cedar Mill Goose LLC provides a B2B software platform designed to assist facilities with staff scheduling and operational organization.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including the data you input regarding your staff.

4. Payment, Billing, and Subscriptions

  • Fees: Use of the Service requires payment of recurring subscription fees.
  • Billing: By providing a payment method, you authorize us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis.
  • Failed Payments & Lockouts: If your payment method fails, we may grant a brief grace period to update your billing information. Following the grace period, your account will be restricted to a billing portal until the balance is paid.
  • Refunds: All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the security of the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability (CRITICAL)

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Cedar Mill Goose LLC acts solely as a scheduling tool provider and does not guarantee that your use of the Service will ensure compliance with state, local, or federal labor laws, licensing requirements, or mandatory staff-to-child ratios.

In no event shall Cedar Mill Goose LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, regulatory fines, operational disruptions, or data loss arising from your use of the Service. It is solely your responsibility to verify that your scheduled shifts meet all necessary regulatory and facility standards.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for failure to pay subscription fees.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
